Payment

• Payment is made by bank transfer at least 48 hours before start of the session unless otherwise agreed. 

Availability

• I offer daytime and limited evening appointments.
• Sessions take place weekly at an agreed time to support consistency and depth in the work.
• If no times are currently available, you may be offered a place on the waiting list.

Frequency of Sessions

• Depth‑oriented work is most effective when sessions are held weekly.
• Fortnightly sessions may be considered in specific circumstances, but weekly work is recommended for psychological continuity and stability.

Cancellation Policy

• To protect the therapeutic space and ensure fairness, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full fee, however I am flexible and we can reschedule in most examples
• This policy applies to all session formats, including DayZ‑based sessions.
• There is no minimum contracted term - you can book sessions as you need them
