What I offer

The Wolf Path provides a therapeutic space for men who want to understand themselves at a deeper psychological level. My work focuses on:

  • men’s emotional wellbeing
  • identity development in adulthood
  • midlife transitions
  • internal conflict and confusion
  • patterns that shape relationships and behaviour
  • the unconscious dynamics that influence a man’s sense of self

The approach is reflective, steady, and depth‑oriented. It draws on contemporary therapeutic practice and Jungian perspectives on identity, shadow, and the psychological shifts that often emerge in midlife.

Sessions involve conversation, exploration, and the gradual uncovering of the themes, patterns, and emotional structures that shape your internal world. The work is collaborative, contained, and grounded in psychological understanding.

Who I Work With

I work exclusively with adult men (18+), typically those who:

  • feel emotionally numb, disconnected, or overwhelmed
  • struggle to articulate what’s happening internally
  • carry pressure to cope alone
  • sense that something in their life no longer aligns
  • feel stuck, conflicted, or directionless
  • are navigating midlife changes or identity shifts
  • want to understand themselves beyond surface‑level symptoms

Most clients are between 30 and 60, though age is not the defining factor — readiness for depth work is.

What The Wolf Path is Not

To maintain clarity and safety, it’s important to outline what The Wolf Path does not provide:

  • crisis intervention
  • emergency mental health support
  • diagnosis or clinical assessment
  • treatment for severe or acute mental health conditions
  • short‑term, symptom‑focused interventions
  • behavioural techniques or performance‑oriented strategies
  • coaching, mentoring, or motivational frameworks

This is not a medical or clinical service. It is a therapeutic, reflective, psychologically informed space for men who want to explore their inner world with depth and honesty.

The Nature of the Work

The Wolf Path is:

  • long‑term rather than quick‑fix
  • exploratory rather than prescriptive
  • reflective rather than technique‑driven
  • grounded rather than motivational
  • psychologically informed rather than clinical
  • depth‑oriented rather than solution‑focused

The work moves at a pace that allows for genuine understanding, emotional clarity, and the gradual development of a more coherent and grounded sense of self.

When This Practice Is Not the Right Fit

The Wolf Path is not suitable for men who:

  • require crisis support or urgent intervention
  • are seeking diagnosis or clinical treatment
  • want structured techniques, tasks, or performance goals
  • are looking for short‑term symptom relief
  • are currently in acute distress or at risk of harm
  • need specialist mental health services

In these situations, I will signpost you to appropriate support.

Your Responsibility and Agency

This work is collaborative. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and wellbeing outside of sessions. The Wolf Path provides a space for exploration, reflection, and psychological understanding — not direction, instruction, or advice‑giving

Duty of Care

Our anxiety therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to help you manage symptoms of anxiety, identify triggers, and develop coping strategies. We use evidence-based practices to help you overcome anxiety and improve your mental well-being.
