Book a Discovery Session

A grounded first step into understanding what’s happening inside you

A Discovery Session is a steady, grounded 30‑minute conversation — a place where you can speak openly about what’s been happening inside you without pressure, performance, or expectation. Most men don’t reach this point casually. Something in them has been shifting for a while. Even searching for support takes courage. Clicking on this page takes more. So before anything else: you’re welcome here.


Many men arrive sensing that something inside them has changed, even if they can’t yet put it into words. They feel the strain of holding everything together. They feel the weight of midlife in ways they never expected. They feel a quiet pull toward understanding themselves more honestly. This session gives you a place to begin that process — slowly, clearly, and without judgement.


A steady, contained conversation


These 30 minutes are intentional. You’ll have space to talk about what’s been happening, but this isn’t an open‑ended download of everything you’ve been carrying. We slow things down enough for you to speak clearly, and for me to reflect the deeper psychological patterns I hear — the ones that often sit beneath the surface for years without language.


Something grounded you can use straight away


You’ll leave the session with something practical and steady — not a technique, not a quick fix, but an anchor. This often includes:


  • a conscious breathing practice — a simple way of creating internal space when everything feels tight
  • a way to “watch the thinker” — stepping back from mental noise rather than being pulled around by it
  • a direction for understanding your psychological patterns, including the option to explore your Myers‑Briggs type through the test on my site


These aren’t coping tricks.

They’re ways of returning to yourself when your mind or emotions feel too much.


Why this session is different


Most free sessions are unstructured chats.

This isn’t that. This is a contained, intentional space where:


  • you’re not expected to have the right words
  • you’re not expected to perform strength
  • you’re not expected to know what you need
  • you are supported to understand what’s happening inside you


The structure protects both of us.

It keeps the session focused, grounded, and meaningful — rather than drifting into territory that needs more time and depth.


What this session is not


This isn’t therapy.

It’s not a place to unpack your entire life story in one go.

It’s not a deep dive into your psyche.

It’s not designed to cover everything you’ve been carrying.


Those conversations require more time, space, and a different kind of container.


It’s also not a place where you need to impress anyone, perform strength, or arrive with everything figured out. And it’s not a quick fix. Midlife isn’t something you “solve” in half an hour — but you can begin to understand what’s happening beneath the surface.


A steady first step


If you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply aware that something inside you is changing, this session offers a grounded place to begin. No pressure. No commitment. Just clarity, relief, and a sense of direction.
